About Us

I started my food truck so I could make time with my amazing daughter Stanzi! Not only are we family, we're also best friends!

Our journey continues in Flagstaff as Stanzi attends her first year at Northern Arizona University. Go Lumberjacks!  Sunny the wiener loves to run and roll through the beautiful campus.

We offer a variety of bowls, burritos and tacos with meat and vegetarian/vegan options.  We offer BYOB - Bring your own bowl....to reduce waste!  We also use biodegradable bowls, utensils and straws.  We grow our own cilantro, lemons and eggs!!
